- We hold ourselves to a fiduciary standard with our clients. We act in your interest, not the insurance company's, and we keep looking for the outcome that serves you, at placement, at renewal and when something goes wrong.
- Transparent about fees
- Where an agency fee applies, it is usually tied to a direct cost, such as a motor vehicle record check or credit card processing. Every fee is stated clearly in your proposal and on your invoice, and you agree to it before it is charged.
- Fees only where the law allows
- Agency fees are charged only where state law permits them, and never on personal insurance such as auto, home or umbrella. They help us maintain the service and the range of products we offer.

What people ask us
Can I really issue my own certificate?
Yes. Clients log in to the portal and generate a certificate that reflects the coverage on their policy, any hour. If the holder needs wording that is not yet written into the policy, send us the request and we add it to the policy first, where the policy allows it.

Do you only work with film and media companies?
No. Production, media and professional liability are specialties because few agencies handle them well, but most of our clients are contractors, professional firms, small businesses and households with standard coverage needs.
